Fall Ball & Speed Camp - 2010
**FREE Instructional Clinic Sept 4th**
9am to 11am, Thunderbird Paseo Park
Opening Day Sept 13th
We began Fall Ball back in 2007 as a way to prepare our new Viper team for competition. This year we will incorporate a weekly speed camp, full practice
and separate scrimmages. If you choose to move on to competitive lacrosse - you will be ready. If not, you will have a good foundation and idea what field lacrosse
is all about with 30 hours total of lacrosse per division over 6 weeks.
Speed Camp - (Monday PM); Ryan Powell's Root B-22 System expanded with a speed training program;- Baseline and final testing
- Improve acceleration
- Increase maximal velocity
- Maintain velocity against the onset of fatigue
Practices - (Wednesday PM); Focus on sound fundamentals along with; - Position specific coaching
- Skill development drills
- Team building, rules and much more.
Scrimmages - (Saturday AM); Full field games; - Additional practice as needed
- Short warm up, maximum game time

Who - U11, U13 and HS

When – September 13th through October 23rd
- U11 - Mondays & Wednesdays 5:30pm - 7pm, Saturdays 9am - 11am
- U13 - Mondays & Wednesdays 5:30pm - 7pm, Saturdays 11am - 1pm
- HS - Mondays & Wednesdays 7pm - 8:30pm, Saturdays 1pm - 3pm
